Award winning cheese from Anne and Andy Wigmore. The couple were inspired by ewes’ milk cheeses of Sardinia during their holiday there. Wigmore is a brie-style cheese that develops a lovely bloomy rind and a lusciously creamy, mushroomy paste during its 4-6 maturation.
