Refund policy

We deliver parcels using a next-day delivery service, so your parcel is expected to be in transit for 24 hours. However, on rare occasions it may be in transit for a longer period. Our packaging has been tested to keep cheese safe in transit.

Cheeses are perishable goods therefore, we cannot accept returns. However, if you suspect something is wrong with your order please contact us immediately (definitely within 24 hours of receipt of goods) and supply pictures of the issue.

Farmhouse and artisan products have to be enjoyed as soon as possible due to their highly perishable nature. We cannot offer any refunds after you have kept the cheeses for longer than 48 hours.

Please note, dates on cheese labels are for guidance only.

It is your responsibility to track the delivery of your order (including orders sent as gifts).

Please note, the date you select during the checkout process on our website is not a guaranteed delivery date, but a preferred delivery date.

As we cannot guarantee delivery dates, we do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that arrive one or two days later than your preferred delivery date.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details. Because all orders are shipped via a third-party, you would need to contact the courier directly if you have any questions about your parcel.

We will do everything possible to re‐route orders for timely delivery but cannot be
responsible for damaged or compromised product due to the following:

  • Damaged outer carton
  • Delayed deliveries due to weather or other "force majeure" situations, including delays on the courier network;
  • Incorrect addresses;
  • Unopened shipments;
  • Gift shipments sent to recipients who are out of town or otherwise unavailable to receive their shipment. Please notify recipient of the pending arrival of perishables.

Please note, during periods of high shipment volumes, our couriers may not be able to deliver within 24 hours. But rest assured, your order is packed in an insulated pouch on ice so it can remain safe in transit.

Due to the relatively small scale of our cheese and condiment producers occasionally some cheeses and condiments may be unavailable (especially during periods of extremely high demand, such as Christmas and Easter) and we will have to substitute them with similar products.
