easy-to-use portions

While all our cheeses are available in full wheels, the majority of our customers find it highly convenient to purchase them in 200g portions for easier serving and retailing purposes.

Each wedge is freshly cut from the wheel and expertly wrapped in specialist duplex cheese paper, extending its shelf life. We do not vacuum pack cheese, as it negatively affects texture and flavour of artisan cheese.
