A luxurious "double-cream" cheese that will just melt in your mouth!
St. Félicien is made from thermised cows’ milk and enriched with cream which makes this little round decadently creamy.
Underneath its thin skin the cheese has a soft buttery paste with elegant mushroomy notes in the flavour.
When the cheese ripens and nears its peak of ripeness, the paste gets completely runny and gooey and the flavour deepens so it's worth waiting until the "peak" date (found on the packaging).
