A multi-award-winning pecorino-style cheese from Anne and Andy Wigmore who were inspired by ewes’ milk cheeses of Sardinia during their holiday there.
Spenwood is a firm mature ewe’s milk cheese with a nutty flavour that becomes more piquant as the cheese matures. An excellent alternative to pecorino and Manchego, this cheese pairs beautifully with red wines.
