Our cocktail size oatcakes, made with seaweed, have a flavour that is as subtle as it is unexpected.
Try first with unsalted butter to appreciate the exquisite taste and texture of this moreish, oaty delight. Then just add layers of flavours – seafood, creamy dip or a well -aged cheddar – there are no conventions other than to enjoy. But remember to share, it’s the golden rule.
