Made with pasteurised goats’ milk from the rare breed Payoya goat, indigenous to the mountain pastures of the Sierra de Grazalema. The paste is semi-firm, dense and creamy. The aroma is of fresh flowers with hints of white chocolate and sage in the flavour.
Enjoy with medium bodied white or light red wines.
Complement with: fig fruit puree, buttermilk crackers
