Made with pure spring water from the neighbouring Dolomites Mountains and premium, 100% Italian organic rice and corn. Slow dried at low temperatures for up to 18 hours to maintain nutritional content.
Our organic gluten-free Tagliatelle are vegan as they’re made without eggs, and are one of the few wheat-free long pasta cuts made without binding agents or emulsifiers. Just superb quality ingredients and artisan production methods. This long ribbon shape works well with a variety of sauces but is classically served al ragù or with a thick, rich meat sauce.
