Also known as Emmental, this cheese is a true classic of the Swiss cheese genre.
Our artisan Emmentaler is matured for a minimum of 12 months, developing a firm yet slightly bouncy texture, which is perfect for melting. The flavour is milky, nutty and very pleasantly sweet.
Enjoy this beautiful cheese on a cheeseboard with a glass of white or red wine. Emmentaler is also beautiful when melted in a toastie or a fondue.
