One of the most sought-after Scottish farmhouse cheeses today.
Corra Linn is a firm cheddar-style cheese made by hand from raw milk of Lacaune sheep on a family farm in Lanarkshire.
Matured for a minimum of 12 months, Corra Linn is firm and crumbly in texture with pleasant nutty lingering notes in its flavour and light earthy after notes.
Enjoy with medium-bodied red wines or craft ale.
