|Drink||Sparkling, white and rose wines|
A delightful and zingy goat's milk cheese from France that is sure to tantalise your tastebuds.
Experience the creamy, flaky texture and deep, tangy flavours of Bûche de Chèvre. This soft goats' cheese features a bright white rind and a hint of sweetness. Whether crumbled on salads, grilled or melted on sourdough or pizza, it's irresistibly more-ish.
Originating from France's Poitou-Charentes region, Chèvre Bûche is traditionally aged for at least 7 days, making it a young and zingy cheese.
As it matures, it softens under its rind, developing exquisite and complex flavours.
Pair it with white wine from the Loire Valley or try a fruity red like Gamay.
Enjoy it with baguettes, fruit, and honey for a quick and delicious meal.
