This Gouda is made from pasteurised cow’s milk and matured for 4 years! During its maturations it develops an amazingly complex and profound flavour of caramel and butterscotch. The paste is dotted with tiny protein crystals that lend an assertive crunch. Best complemented by stronger beverages such as whisky or brown ale.
