Comte 20+ Months Reserve: This outstanding quality classic French cheese comes in enormous wheels from very high altitudes. Made with raw milk of the cows that happily graze all their lives on the gorgeous Jura slopes. This Comté is matured for over 20 months and offers a complex flavour full of nutty, caramelly, and even meaty notes. It will be a star one a cheeseboard especially when paired its best mate Vin Jaune or any big red or white wine.
