SHIPPING INFORMATION
- We dispatch national orders via APC Overnight, a third-party courier service.
- During checkout, you can select a preferred delivery date. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, as they are subject to potential delays within the courier network.
- Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information. For parcel inquiries, please contact APC Overnight directly at depot175@apc-overnight.com.
SPECIAL OCCASIONS
- For time-sensitive orders, such as those for special occasions, we recommend allowing an extra day or two for delivery to account for unforeseen delays.
- During peak periods, such as December, additional processing and delivery time may be required.

PACKAGING
- Our cheeses are carefully wrapped in specialist cheese paper to ensure they remain safe during transit.
- Orders are packed in recyclable cardboard boxes with insulated foil pouches and ice packs to maintain the correct temperature throughout shipping.
GIFT MESSAGES
- You may include a personalised gift message with any order at no additional cost.
RETURNS, CLAIMS, AND EXCEPTIONS
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours, including photographs of the problem.
- We cannot issue refunds for cheeses kept beyond 48 hours.
- Cheese label dates are for guidance only.
- It is your responsibility to track the delivery of your order, including gifts. Use the Google Calendar link provided in your confirmation email to set reminders.
- While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for:
- Delays due to weather or other "force majeure" events.
- Incorrect addresses.
- Unopened shipments.
- Recipients unavailable to accept delivery.
Note: High-volume periods may extend delivery times, but rest assured, our insulated packaging ensures your cheeses remain safe in transit.
DELIVERY CHARGES
- Delivery charges depend on the postcode. Orders under £40 are not eligible for shipping. Full details are as follows:
SCOTLAND
- EH39-EH42 postcodes (local area): Free delivery for orders over £40.

Other EH and FK1-16 postcodes:
- Orders over £50: Free delivery.
- Orders £40-£50: £4.50 delivery fee.

Central Scotland:
- Orders over £50: Free delivery.
- Orders £40-£50: £5.50 delivery fee.

Northern Scotland & Highlands: £5.50 (2-5 day service).
- Tip: For Northern Scotland orders, select Wednesday as your delivery day to avoid weekend delays.
REST OF BRITAIN

- Orders over £50: Free delivery.
- Orders £40-£50: £5.50 delivery fee.

- Orders over £50: Free delivery.
- Orders £40-£50: £7.50 delivery fee.
We currently do not ship to Northern Ireland or other British Islands.
£40 MINIMUM ORDER THRESHOLD
- A minimum order value of £40 ensures the safe transit of our cheeses using:
- High-quality carton boxes.
- Thermal pouches and ice packs.
- Overnight courier services.
- Shipping costs exceed £10 per box; to subsidise this, we set a £40 minimum order threshold, allowing us to offer a subsidised flat-rate delivery fee of £5.50 and £7.50 for London. This ensures your cheeses arrive in perfect condition.
IMPORTANT ORDER TIPS
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:
- Alternative delivery instructions (e.g., "leave on porch" or "leave with a neighbour").
- A complete postcode and mobile number for courier notifications.
