One of the most famous Alpine cheeses. Matured for a minimum of 14 months in cheese caves this Gruyère Reserve develops a truly profound and lingering flavour. The sweet and nutty paste is dotted with tiny protein crystals that pleasantly crunch on the teeth.

Match with outstanding cheese with an equally outstanding wine with a full flavour, such as Vin Jaune, Reislling or smooth red wine.
