Virtual Tasting FAQs

What will be included in my virtual tasting delivery?

A single ticket includes 4 different (approx. 400g in total) and 3 bottles of wine allowing 1-4 people to participate in the tasting. A single order may not be split into separate shipments. 1 order will be shipped to 1 address only. Wines will arrive separately to cheese.

When do I receive class details?

Our virtual public classes are hosted on Zoom. Please ensure you download Zoom ahead of the tasting, so you don’t run into connection issues on the day. You will receive an automated email from Zoom during the week of the tasting

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

Will the class be recorded?

Yes. The recording will be available upon request.

Where can I have this order shipped?

All orders must be for UK Mainland delivery only.

When will I receive tracking information for my delivery?

Your cheese tasting pack will arrive on Wednesday/Thursday before the Friday tasting. It is sent with ice packs and proper packaging for keeping the contents cold in transit. Please contact us if any delivery issues.

What if I received damaged/broken/missing any items in the delivery?

Please contact us at

What if this is a gift? A wonderful idea for a gift!

Please ensure the ‘attendee’ information is filled out with shipping details and email address of who is receiving the gift, not the purchaser. The attendees information is what is pulled for shipping details and class emails from instructors.

Allergies/Item Substitutions?

Unfortunately we cannot make substitutions of any kind for these virtual classes, simply due to logistical constraints and the contents of the presentation.

How do I prepare on the night?

Please make sure you have all cheeses ready (at room temperature), and lined up as per the hand-out you receive. Also, it’s important to ensure that you have a strong internet connection.

Am I able to ask questions or interact with the class?

Yes, most certainly. During the tasting you will be able to put your questions in the chat or ask them during the presentation breaks.

1% of every sale will be donated to the Mental Health Foundation via Work for Good

Due to the relatively small scale of our cheese and condiment producers, occasionally some cheeses and condiments may be unavailable and we will have to substitute them with similar products. Please state in the notes on the Cart page, if you do not wish to have any substitutions.
