A fresh Italian cream cheese, often used as a main ingredient in Tiramisu and can be used instead of butter in Italian recipes. It is creamy and buttery with a sweet flavour.
Ingredients: Pasteurised milk cream, acidity regulator: citric acid.
Fat in dry matter 85%.
