It’s one of those flavours that make you sneak back to the larder with a spoon!
For over a century, the exclusive territory of Piedmontese Langhe in the Alta Langa area of CRU has been known for growing the world’s best hazelnuts. Through five generations the family have practiced sustainable hazel cultivation, controlling the supply chain from harvest to production. These outstanding hazelnuts bring pleasure in many traditional and modern presentations, from artisan hazelnut cake to spreadable caramel and hazelnut cream.
