A traditional hand-rolled savoury breadstick originating from Piedmont, the recipe handed from father to son. Its secret flavour lies in the preparation of the dough using ingredients and water from around Chieri with instant memories of Mediterranean flavour from the Leccine olives.
Ingredients: Wheat flour type 00, water, Leccine olives 15%, extra virgin olive oil 6%, sourdough (gluten), olive oil 2%, salt, malt barley.

How to enjoy: Serve as a crunchy bread replacement with cheese, Spanish ham, salumi or prosciutto and use to dip in homemade hummus!
