A real favourite for grazing boards.

A smooth artichoke pate, made from freshly harvested produce cultivated on the Mirogallo farm in Basilicata and naturally preserved using a traditional recipe blended with extra virgin olive oil and the best wine vinegar from the region without any additives or colourings.

Ingredients: Artichokes 56%, extra virgin olive oil 43%, wine vinegar.

How to enjoy: Combine with spinach for a tasty dip, serve on toast with a squeeze of lemon.

Producer: Masseria Mirogallo

Ancient methods of preserving vegetables and fruits cultivated and harvested on the Mirogallo farm in the countryside of Matera such as drying, sugar, salt, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice are selected. Skillful hands meet ancient tradition in the company laboratory to achieve perfectly preserved naturally ripened produce in 100% recyclable glass containers. From the classic sweet-and-sour Italian ‘giardiniera’ to classic tomato purée, the Mirogallo laboratory produces delicious preserved vegetables, tomato sauces, patés and jams without additives or colourings.

Vegan. Gluten Free.

Due to the relatively small scale of our cheese and condiment producers, occasionally some cheeses and condiments may be unavailable and we will have to substitute them with similar products. Please state in the notes on the Cart page, if you do not wish to have any substitutions.
