A smooth artichoke pate, made from freshly harvested produce cultivated on the Mirogallo farm in Basilicata and naturally preserved using a traditional recipe blended with extra virgin olive oil and the best wine vinegar from the region without any additives or colourings.
Ingredients: Artichokes 56%, extra virgin olive oil 43%, wine vinegar.
How to enjoy: Combine with spinach for a tasty dip, serve on toast with a squeeze of lemon.
