This honey is white and pure as the driven snow. Produced in the mountains at 1,900 metres, Alpine Flower Honey tastes of mountain pastures. Dada Miele received the Slow Food Italia certification for its outstanding blend of Rhododendron, wild raspberry, wild thyme and linden flowers, making it complex, fresh, and very fragrant.
Ingredients: 100% pure honey from alpine flowers.
How to enjoy: It is perfect for sweetening delicate herbal tea such as fennel, anise, or mint or try with cheese.
About the producer: Dada Miele is a young company founded by two young dreamers Edoardo Bianchi and Daniele Scala. Based in in the Monferrato hills in Piedmont, Dada Miele produces 9 types of honey, both multifloral and monofloral. The company’s specialty is creamy honey, a consistency attained by the mechanical cold processing of some types of honey. Once creamy, the honey does not become solid again.
