Drinks: medium-bodied red wines
One of the most exciting new British cheeses, Winslade is a cross between Camembert and Vacherin Mont D’Or. It has a fabulously rich and creamy paste, whilst on the outside it’s wrapped in spruce bark. The flavour is elegantly piney and a touch floral.
Cut its top off an enjoy straight from the round with a glass of medium-bodied red wine or baked like a Vacherin Mont d’Or.
