Semi-firm ewes’ milk cheese with a striking orange rind. Wonderfully smooth and pleasantly rich on the palate, it is full of sweet nutty and caramelly notes. The first-ever batch of this cheese was made by the cheesemaker called Russell so that’s how the name originated.
