Details
This Alpine cheese has been made since the 13th century, however it was unheard of until after the French Revolution as it had been made by farmers in secret (due to a milk tax).
Today, Reblochon de Savoie is an incredibly popular cheese in France and worldwide. The paste of our artisan Reblochon is rich and luscious with sweet nutty notes that are long and lingering. Enjoy with fruity red wines or a medium-bodied whites. This cheese is the essential ingredient of Tartiflette, the famous potato gratin dish.
