Feta is a brined cured cheese made in Greece from ewes’ milk . It is a crumbly aged cheese, commonly produced in blocks, and has a slightly crumbly/grainy texture. Feta is often used as a table cheese, in salads and in pastries. Serve it with olive oil or olives and sprinkle with aromatic herbs such as oregano.
Ingredients: organic ewes’ milk, salt, lactic acid bacteria, microbial rennet.
