Murcia al Vino, also known as Drunken Goat

As if having a glass of wine with your cheese was not enough, the producers of this unique cheese decided to bathe it in wine. During its maturation the cheese is washed with local Jumilla and Yecla red wines to give it its distinctive winey taste and aroma. There’re hints of almonds and fermented fruit in flavour and nice creaminess to its semi-firm texture. Excellent with young white or rose wines.
