This is a Cheddar with a 300 hundred year history and is quite rightly known as the Best Cheddar in the world. Made from raw Friesian cows’ milk the flavour is balanced, lingering, and full of nuance. It’s earthy, nutty and creamy on the palate. Enjoy with a medium-bodied red wine or some traditional ale.
