Scotland’s answer to Roquefort. And what a great answer it is! This famous farmhouse cheese is made completely by hand at Errington’s farm which is a truly idyllic place.

Raw milk from the farm’s own Lacaune sheep, vegetarian rennet and a bit of magic go into making this outstanding blue. It is powerful and complex so marry it an equally complex dessert wine.
