Produced in a remote area of Asturias in northern Spain, La Peral is made at a family dairy. La Peral is a blue cheese made from cows’ milk. Wheels are matured for 2-5 months. Flavours are wonderfully rich, creamy and distinct. With age, these flavours can become much more assertive, occasionally pretty wild. Enjoy with port or similar wines.
