Gres d’Alsace is a semi-soft full flavoured cheese washed with Kirsch for a rich flavour and a memorable aroma. A fern leaf is placed on top of the oval shaped cheese for a decorative touch.

Gres d’Alsace is similar to Munster, another very famous cheese from Alsace.
