This gorgeous pinky-orange round is soft and ooey in texture. During maturation, the cheese is regularly washed with a cider brine which is responsible for its pronounced aroma and depth of flavour. Very similar to the famous French stinky cheese Epoisses de Bourgogne.

It is simply stunning with aromatic wines of Alsace and Germany or with a lovely cool cider.
