This handmade unique cheese has a semi-firm bouncy and slightly crumbly texture and a mild sweet flavour. Wrapped in nettles for an attractive finish and distinctive taste, the wheels of Cornish Yarg are matured for 4-8 weeks. Young cheeses are fresh and lemony, while the mature ones are sweeter, mushroomy and vegetal.
