This Cabrales is artisanally produced from a mixture of cows’, ewes’ and goats’ milk sourced from livestock located in the mountain areas that in the summer take advantage of the abundant summer pastures at high altitude.  Cabrales delights with its strong spicy taste and dense creamy consistency. It is matured for a minimum of 5 months in natural caves in the limestone mountains.

A sweet sherry will be the best companion.
