Burrata is a Mozzarella-style cheese with a delicious twist! Cows’ milk curd is stretched and made into a ball first which is immediately turned into a little pouch which gets filled with cream and scraps of Mozzarella curd. The cream inside gets almost mousse-y and adds an amazing textural difference to the regular Mozzarella everyone’s familiar with. Enjoy for breakfast or lunch with fruit and chestnut honey and a glass of fruity sparkling wine.
